LSE's Hong Kong Lecture Theatre
We are delighted to be working again with LSE, this time appointed for a Feasibility study to refurbish their Hong Kong Lecture Theatre; the second of our projects under the LSE Consultant Framework. Our feasibility options aim to deliver a contemporary and collaborative learning, teaching and presentation space for students and staff while respecting the heritage of the LSE Clement House building.
Planning permission granted at Brightwell Road
Delighted that our Brightwell Road project was granted planning permission at Watford planning committee yesterday. One of several schemes we are working on with Watford Community Housing, the development will provide 13 new flats for Social Rent, with a focus on environmental initiatives to deliver highly sustainable new homes. The development is being delivered in partnership with Watford Borough Council and Homes England and forms part of a wider strategy to create truly affordable new homes.

Kepple Street Feasibility Study
Really excited to be working on our first project for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). The team are completing a feasibility study to reorganise space at the Grade II listed building in Kepple Street and provide new lab and research accommodation. The project is the first of our commissions after our recent appointment to the LSHTM’s Consultant Framework.

Now well underway on site at King’s College, London. Our team are working with Farrans Construction on this rapid construction programme to the listed building. We were commissioned to work on the delivery stages of this scheme, with the original design work done by Hall McKnight Architects.

Delighted to announce that our 56 new affordable homes at Anstey Way in Trumpington, Cambridge, have now completed.
The scheme comprises 56no. one, two and three bed flats within 11 apartment buildings, including 12 designated over-55’s homes set around a courtyard. Lovely new images here, and great that the residents seem to be happy!
