Over 55s housing at Anstey Way Cambridge now complete, as we prepare for our Minster House senior living scheme going on site in September.
At Anstey Way in Trumpington, 12 new homes for over-55s are arranged around a private courtyard. All apartments have either direct access to the courtyard or their own balcony. Read more about the scheme here.
Over in Hatfield, our Senior Living scheme at Minster House will provide 90 homes, replacing an existing retirement home with a high quality new development including a range of facilities for senior residents, generous communal space and landscaped courtyards.
