We are delighted to be working again with LSE, this time appointed for a Feasibility study to refurbish their Hong Kong Lecture Theatre; the second of our projects under the LSE Consultant Framework. Our feasibility options aim to deliver a contemporary and collaborative learning, teaching and presentation space for students and staff while respecting the heritage of the LSE Clement House building.
Kepple Street Feasibility Study
Really excited to be working on our first project for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). The team are completing a feasibility study to reorganise space at the Grade II listed building in Kepple Street and provide new lab and research accommodation. The project is the first of our commissions after our recent appointment to the LSHTM’s Consultant Framework.

A big pile of earth now - a beautiful refurbishment very soon!!
Our rapid 73-week construction programme for works to listed King’s College in central London has now begun on site. RT were appointed by Farrans Construction to provide EA services for the shell & core of the building. The scope includes work to the King’s steps, King’s vaults, rooflights, Somerset House East wing, and new ground floor surface over the Quad Building. Sensitive refurbishment to this prestigious listed building on a live, inner-London site.
