At St John’s Road in Isleworth where we are now at construction stage (crane up and pouring the concrete slabs!) for this new affordable housing-led scheme being delivered for Network Homes with Rund Partnership as contractor. The scheme comprises 31no. new flats for London Living Rent, with commercial units at ground floor.

At Whiteway, Letchworth Garden City, where we are working with Chalkdene Developments to provide 30no. 2-bed houses for affordable rent, arranged around a large landscaped valley. Latest update on works at Sudbourne School in Brixton where our team are delivering an extension to the school plus refurbishments.
The expansion includes the development of a new campus located close to the existing campus. The school will expand to a 3FE, previously 1.5FE, and will act as a split site with infants located on the existing site and juniors on the new site.

New SEND School in the making!
Today – a rather picturesque sky. Soon – a brand new SEND secondary school and sixth form in Essex, for children up to the age of nineteen with severe Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school will focus on teaching children life-skills and how to deal with every day situations, allowing them to thrive not only educationally, but also within socially and within their community.
