Final preparations are underway as the first phase of The Ironworks at Mill Road, Cambridge is prepared for residents arriving. Phase 1 of our work at Mill Road [shown here] comprises 184 new homes plus a new community/retail space, and landscaping. Phase 2 [here] includes 50 new homes, a community centre and a commercial unit.

Finishing touches
After a huge post-COVID 19 lockdown push the 56 flats at Anstey Way in Trumpington are nearing completion. Some residents have already moved in with more flats nearing completion over the next few weeks including 12 designated over-55’s homes.
One of several schemes we are working on in Cambridge with Cambridge Investment Partnership, an equally-owned partnership between Cambridge City Council and Hill Investment Partnerships established in January 2017 to tackle the affordable housing shortage in Cambridge. See the project here

A big pile of earth now - a beautiful refurbishment very soon!!
Our rapid 73-week construction programme for works to listed King’s College in central London has now begun on site. RT were appointed by Farrans Construction to provide EA services for the shell & core of the building. The scope includes work to the King’s steps, King’s vaults, rooflights, Somerset House East wing, and new ground floor surface over the Quad Building. Sensitive refurbishment to this prestigious listed building on a live, inner-London site.
