Good luck to the STEAM Centre for South Bank Colleges, submitted by GRAHAM Group and shortlisted for the Education Estates Awards Project of the year: Colleges category. The Awards Ceremony will take place on 17th October in Manchester.
Rock Townsend completed RIBA stage 3/4a and Technical Advisor role supporting Peter Marsh Consulting and working closely with the Graham team to deliver the innovative flagship building, which is the first new comprehensive technical college for a generation.
Further to the successful design and delivery Rock Townsend are pleased to be supporting South Bank colleges for the second phase of their Nine Elms regeneration masterplan, which is to be submitted imminently for planning.
