Designs have been submitted for planning for new temporary accommodation for a council in Hertfordshire, to counteract homelessness within the borough. The outline masterplan is for 43 flats within 4 residential blocks, connected together through communal terraces and gardens.

After a huge post-COVID 19 lockdown push the 56 flats at Anstey Way in Trumpington are nearing completion. Some residents have already moved in with more flats nearing completion over the next few weeks including 12 designated over-55’s homes.
