Berghaus HQ joint winner at BCO Northern Awards

Really thrilled to hear that our Berghaus HQ project with Pentland Brands picked up joint first place at the BCO's Northern Awards ceremony last night.

This fantastic result is testament to great team collaboration; having a brilliant client champion, passionate and involved stakeholders, a fab designer and lots and lots of hard work!

And tea.
— Mark Gabbey, Director and Architect

Well worth the black tie then Tim!

Well done to the whole team.  Full list of winners here.

Trout Road West Drayton Starts on Site

Rock Townsend’s 44-unit scheme of homes for affordable rent, with Paradigm Housing and Taylor French, has just started on site.

The brownfield site on Trout Road is at the centre of a wider masterplan to reshape this area of West Drayton into a residential neighbourhood close to the existing High Street and train links.  A total of 44 one, two and three bedroom affordable rented apartments are arranged around a raised courtyard and two cores.

The development at Trout Road is one of several affordable housing and shared ownership projects we are currently working on. View more of our residential projects here.

Congratulations to our 3 new Associates!

Congratulations to Charlotte, James and Tim - Associates as of today!

Exciting times ahead.

Thrilled to have won Public Sector category at FX Awards

Thrilled that our Psychology Department for the University of Westminster was the winner of the Public Sector category at last night's FX Awards - despite some tough competition

Lovely feedback from the judges:

This stands out for its simplicity and unity. The pared-down design and palette embrace the simple volume and exposed ceiling, creating an airy translucent space that does not compromise practicality

Psychology Dept - Public Sector winner!

And just as importantly, RT + guests managed to have a tolerable time too!

Thanks FX Awards for a fab evening - and well done to the whole team!
