An extensive refurbishment to the 1920s former theatre building in central London. The completed works comprise a brand new ‘Maker space’ for students, with a shop from which their wares can be sold to the public; a café space, for use by students and staff as well as to draw passing visitors into the building; modern coworking spaces and classrooms; and the refurbished theatre with bar area at basement level.
