Proclamation Trust

The brief called for a flexible new learning and workspace for the church group, The Proclamation Trust, within a new building in central London comprising two storeys plus a roof terrace. The Trust needed large group and lecture spaces that could be subdivided into multiple spaces for smaller group learning and workshops, as well as a library, kitchen / café and casual lounge area.

The team worked on the reorganisation and fit-out of two floors for new flexible office, workshop and learning spaces.  At roof level a terrace has been refurbished to facilitate additional break-out and recreational space. Elsewhere within the building the remaining floors continue to be let to tenants providing Proclamation Trust with an additional income stream.

 The team worked on space planning activities, creating massing studies and undertaking analysis to look at options for the best use of space within the building. Through visualisations and 3D animation we were able to show options as to how the various spaces could look which helped open up the discussion with the client and their user groups.
